The team did a fantastic job sanding down our "orange" oak floors, then refinishing them to this contemporary beautiful warm grey. If you hire another flooring guy, you are missing out! Whole house start to finish in less than a week. Very little mess!

Greg-Just got home from our minivacation and saw that you installed the strip under our patio door. It looks very nice and we would like to thank you for your thoroughly professional job. We are enjoying our sunroom and especially like our heated tile floor. We have had several compliments on the floor. Again, thank you.
My husband is a Police officer and VERY careful when choosing someone we hire to do work on our home. We needed floors repaired and replaced after a water leak and GR came to us highly recommended. He responded to our need for assistance quickly to give us an estimate along with referrals to carpet and tile suppliers he highly recommended. We had to re-carpet a basement, steps, our dining room and living room. We decided to tile our foyer, hallway, powder room and kitchen. I had lots of questions and he was patient and always answered them quickly. Once our products were in stock he had his crew here on the days they were scheduled to do the work. They were very nice people to have in our home. I feel that they were patient when I had to make a decision and honest when I had a question. I chose a grout color that was not going to be the best fit- they made suggestions for one that would be better for the color of the tile we chose. They were kind to my children who were still here every morning when they started. They cleaned up every day- I never found anything left behind. They rolled up the old carpets- even took some to the curb one day when I mentioned it was trash day. We bought a Bagster for other flooring that was being removed and general trash that would be normal for this job. They used it or put trash in a contractors trash bag- which prevented us from having to buy another Bagster as I could put some of those at our curb, too. They were professional and on time every day. Both my husband and I would hire them again and would absolutely recommend GR Flooring and Contracting to anyone. I come from a family of contractors and custom home builders (now deceased or retired) and another family owned business of 51 years. I know when someone takes personal pride in their business. I know how important it is that employees be people who reflect your high standards and pride in workmanship. I am 100% pleased with my new floors and will use this company again in the future. I cannot speak highly enough of this company.
